REMARKS / ARGUMENTS

Reconsideration of the application as amended is respectfully requested.

Before entry of the present amendment, a first preliminary amendment was filed adding New
Claims 20-26 to the original Claims 1-19. Claims 22 and 26 have been amended. At present, Claims
1-26, as previously and currently amended, are considered allowable.

In accordance with 35 U.S.C. § 132 and 37 C.F.R. § 1.121, no new matter has been added
to the specification or the claims. Thus, entry of the present preliminary amendment is respectfully
requested.

Therefore, in view of foregoing amendments and clarifications, the applicant submits that
allowance of the present application and all remaining claims, as amended, is in order and a formal
Notice of Allowance is respectfully requested at the earliest possible date.
